🦐🦀 Seafood Pasta with Shrimp & Crab 🍋🍝
A creamy, refreshing seafood pasta salad loaded with shrimp, crab, and fresh veggies — perfect for summer! 🌞🥗
Ingredients:
- 12 oz rotini or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat (or imitation crab)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup celery, finely diced
- ½ cup red onion, finely diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh dill (or parsley), chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab, cherry tomatoes, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add the dressing to the seafood and veggies, then add the pasta. Gently toss until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
