Golden Skillet Cheeseburger Macaroni with Creamy Cheddar Sauce

Ingredients:

12 oz elbow macaroni

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 cup beef broth

1 cup whole milk

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon ketchup

Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Add diced onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Mix in tomato paste, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup. Simmer for 5 minutes to develop rich flavor.

Reduce heat to low and stir in milk. Slowly add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.

Fold cooked macaroni into the sauce, stirring until evenly coated.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
