Chicken Bundles
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded cooked chicken (I used a rotisserie chicken)
8 ounce block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 cans crescent roll dough
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, grated Parmesan cheese, dried parsley flakes, black pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Mix until well combined and creamy.
Prepare the crescent rolls:
Open the cans of crescent roll dough and separate the dough into individual triangles.
Fill the crescents:
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, and tuck the ends under to form a bundle.
Place the chicken bundles on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush with butter:
Brush the tops of the chicken bundles with the melted butter to add flavor and help them brown.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm and enjoy these creamy and delicious chicken bundles!
