Language a la vinaigrette a recipe of my favorites I hope you like it!!

βœ…Ingredients:

1 beef tongue (approximately 1.5 kg)
2 liters of water
1 large onion
2 leaves of laurel
4 cloves of garlic
Go out to the pleasure
2 carrots
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
For the vinaigrette:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

βœ… Instructions:

Place the beef tongue in a large pot with the water, the onion cut into quarters, laurel leaves, whole garlic cloves and a pinch of salt.
Bring to boil then reduce fire. Slow cook for approximately 2 hours, or until the tongue is tender.
Stick your tongue out of the water and let it cool. Once it’s cold, it removes the skin of your tongue.
Cut the tongue into thin slices and place it in a fountain.
Peel and cut carrots into small cubes. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
Add the carrots, peppers and parsley to the vinaigrette and mix well.
Pour the vinaigrette mixture over the tongue slices, making sure they are well-coated.
Refrigerate your tongue in vinaigrette for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to mix well.
