Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings (Grilled or Baked)
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings, split
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions:
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If baking, place wings on a lined baking sheet. Bake or grill for 35–40 minutes, turning once, until crispy and golden.
While wings cook, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan and parsley.
When wings are done, place them in a clean bowl. Pour the garlic-Parmesan mixture over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
Crispy, garlicky, and cheesy—these wings are always a hit at parties or game night!
