Ingredients

1 Large Egg

1-¾ cups All purpose flour

¾ cup Salted butter

½ cup Brown sugar (Packed)

½ cups Sugar (Granulated)

½ cup Green candied cherries

½ cup Pecans

½ cup Walnuts

½ cup Candied pineapple

¼ cups Dates

½ cup Red candied cherries

1-2 tablespoon Whiskey (optional)

¾ teaspoon Baking soda

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

Heat the oven to 375°F. Mix flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.

In a large bowl, blend butter, sugars, alcohol, vanilla, and egg.

Combine flour with butter mix. Add berries and nuts gently.

Line sheets and spoon colourful batter. Bake for 10 mins until golden.

Cool on sheets, then transfer to a tray. Enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh nuts and berries for the best taste.

Make sure each cookie has an even mix of nuts and cherries.
