Royal BIBINGKA | oven or pan can be cooked
Ingredients:
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- ½ can condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh milk or evap milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- grated cheese (toppings)
Methods:
In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the cheese. Mix well until combined. Grease the baking pan or llanera, lined with parchment paper or banana leaf. Pour the bibingka batter mixture.
Preheated oven 150°C for 10 minutes, bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Slice into desired size.
